Pull together a Minimum of 50 items - you can totally do this!! Keep looking!!!

Know that a $5.00 Registration Fee will be subtracted from the 70% profit (VHKS nets 30% from the sale) that each seller makes to help offset the costs of advertising.

Volunteer to work! You will really help make our sale a success and you'll be exclusively eligible to shop during the Friends and Family Sale Times!

Arrange schedules to DROP OFF 9/9/2008 @ 10-1 or 4-7 and PICK UP 9/12/2009 @ 5-7.

Plan to recieve your $$$ check $$$ 5 - 10 days after pickup.

What Should I Charge?

People are looking for great items at real deals. Consider 30% of original retail.


Shoppers LOVE the 1/2 price Saturday sale! Consider reducing your items. Wouldn't it be better to take home a fatter check than a pile of unsold items?


Item pricing begins @ $2.00 and works up in increments of $1.00 ($2, $3, $4, etc.)


If an item is not worth $2.00, group it with similar items.

Get ready to sell...and get ready to shop!!!!!

How Do I Prepare My Items?

You will need SAFETY PINS, CHILDREN'S HANGERS, A MARKER, MULTIPLE COPIES OF SALE TAGS, CLEAN PACKING TAPE & GALLON ZIP LOC BAGS


Pull all of your items together and get ready to have some fun with 4 easy steps!


1. Clean and press all garmets. Check for stains, rips, tears and broken parts. Items that look their best, sell the best! Put all of these into piles, fronts facing upward.


2. Put clothing on a hanger facing left (hook should look like a question mark.) Put shoes into gallon bags, tape edges of games, group small items into baggies, clean large items.


3. Using preprinted tags, keep items in piles and price all items at once. Use competitive prices. You know what an item is worth - think 30% of original price if item is in excellent condition; 25% if item has been gently used. Place price in center of tag. Don't forget to mark with your seller number and the "R" mark to determine if you'd like your item reduced on Sat. at 12. Keep these tags in the same order as all of your items.


4. Using safety pin (please no straight pins), pin tag on right - front of item. Place tag inside baggie of toys, shoes and small accessories. Tape bag shut. Place tag in small baggie and tape baggie to the front of large items.

  • PRICE
  • SELLER #
  • SIZE
  • DESCRIPTION of ITEM
  • R for REDUCED if applicable

What Can I Not Sell?

Anything with -


  • STAINS.
  • HOLES.
  • BROKEN PARTS.
  • MISSING PARTS.
  • CAR SEATS.
  • STUFFED ANIMALS THAT DON'T DO ANYTHING.
  • THINGS not RELATED TO CHILDREN.

What Can I Sell?

Does it have anything to do with children? - Then bring it to the Victory Heights Kids Sale!!!


Any season infant & children's clothing, shoes and accessories.


Tween & Teen clothing shoes and accessories - up to a size 16 for GIRLS; 20 for BOYS.


Any season Maternity Clothing.


Dress up items, including Dance costumes, Halloween costumes, Holiday wear, School uniforms.


Toys - videos, books, games, puzzles, DVDs, animated stuffed animals, outdoor fun.


Baby Items including furniture, blankets, bibs, crib sheets, diaper bags, burp clothes, cloth diapers.


Stuffed Animals that "do" something like move, light up, talk or make noise.


Baby Equipment including high chairs, strollers, bath tubs, baby swings, outside toys, baby gates, playpens, bouncy seats, etc. Large items are in HIGH DEMAND!


Bicycles, scooters, riding toys, etc.


Outdoor play equipment. Huge demand!


Large items need to be less than 5 years old. Cribs need to be less than 10 years old. Due to Victory Heights wanted to preserve safety...we will not be accepting any used car seats.

How Do I Consign?

Get a number! In order to consign with The Victory Heights Kids Sale, you must have a consignor number. This number helps us keep the paperwork protion of the sale organized and it helps you get your $$$$$$$$!
